摘　　要：提出了利用CAXA软件以图解法简化求得内齿轮量柱(球)测量距,通过实例具体介绍了求得量柱(球)测量距的步骤、方法和技巧。并将实例用图解法与用公式计算法求得的结果进行对比,说明用CAXA图解求得的结果误差极小。此方法既避开了CAXA因绘制内齿轮齿形图精度不高所带来的不利影响,也不需查渐开线函数表或用迭代方法计算,具有思路清晰、直观简明、快捷和不易出错等特点。Presents the simplified way of obtaining the measurement over pins of the annular wheel by CAXA graphic method. It specifically introduces the steps, method and skill of obtaining the measurement over pins by example and compares the result that concluding by graphic method and formula computing method, which explains that the error of the result that got by graphic meth- od is tiny,it does not need to look into the involute function table or iteration calculating method. It has the characteristics of dis- tinct thinking, simple and audio-visual, shortcut, difficult to make mistake.
