生、熟白术之枳术丸对脾虚食积模型鼠作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的观察生、熟白术分别配制的枳术丸对脾虚食积鼠的影响。方法以饲50%牛乳造成脾虚食积鼠模型,以小鼠小肠推进率、胃排空率,大鼠胃肠激素血清胃泌素、生长抑素,神经递质胆碱酯酶、一氧化氮为指标,考察生、熟白术之枳术丸对脾虚食积模型鼠胃肠道运动的影响。结果生、熟白术之枳术丸均能提高脾虚食积小鼠小肠推进率及胃排空速率(P<0.05)。熟白术之枳术丸能明显提高胃泌素、胆碱酯酶的分泌,降低生长抑素、一氧化氮的分泌(P<0.05)。生白术之枳术丸能降低一氧化氮的分泌(P<0.05),对胃泌素、胆碱酯酶、生长抑素无明显作用(P>0.05)。结论熟白术之枳术丸对于胃肠道的促进作用较生白术之枳术丸好,治疗脾虚食积应使用麸白术。AIM To study the effects of Zhizhu Pills produced with unprocessed or processed Atractyloclis mac- rocephalae Rhizoma on rodents with food retention due to spleen deficiency. METHODS Mice and rats were treated with 50% milk successively for marking model. The small intestine propulsion and gastric evacuation rate in mice, and the contents of gastrin, somatostatin, neurotransmitter cholinesterase and nitric oxide of rats were used as the markers. RESULTS Both of Zhizhu Pills produced with unprocessed or Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma could improve the small intestine propulsion rate and gastric evacuation （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Zhizhu Pills produced with processed Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma could promote the secretion of gastrin and cholinesterase, and de- press the secretion of somatostatin and nitric oxide obviously. Zhizhu Pills produced with unprocessed Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma could depress the secretion of nitric oxide （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but had no obvious effects on gas- triM, cholinesterase and somatostatin （P 〉 0. 05）. CONCLUSION Zhizhu Pills produced with processed Atrac- tylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma have better promotion in the gastrointestinal motility than those produced with un- processed Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma do. The processed Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma in Zhizhu Pills can not be replaced by unprocessed Atractylodis mactocepialae Rhizoma.
