摘　　要：基于对抗肿瘤药物索拉菲尼的酰胺和二唑类衍生物的需求,研究并设计合成了其重要中间体———标题化合物。对其物理、化学性质进行评价,包括外观形态观察和熔点测定等;并通过核磁共振氢谱和质谱的测定确证其化学结构。原料易得,方法简单,收益较高。The synthesis of 2- （ 4- （ （ 2- （ Alkylcarbamoyl ） pyri- din-g-yl） oxy） phenyl） acetic acids as the important intermedi- ate for synthesis of analogs of sorafenib was described. The structures of the intermediates and the target compounds were confirmed by 1 HNMR and ESI-MS. This synthetic method has such advantages as：the starting materials used are easy to ob- tain and the work-up is simple.
