摘  要:采用换向脉冲电沉积技术制备了钴含量不同的纳米晶镍钴合金镀层。研究了合金镀层中钴含量对镀层相结构和表面形貌的影响,探讨了退火处理对纯镍和高钴含量合金镀层组织结构的影响,并通过中性盐雾试验研究了镍钴合金镀层的耐蚀性。结果表明,随镀层中钴含量升高,合金镀层的平均晶粒尺寸减小,晶面择优取向由(200)转化为(111),镀层内应力升高,腐蚀行为由小孔腐蚀转变为应力腐蚀。退火后,合金镀层的晶粒尺寸增大,(111)晶面衍射峰锐化。Nanocrystalline Ni-Co alloy coatings with different cobalt contents were prepared by pulse reverse electrodeposition. The effect of cobalt content in alloy coating on the phase structure and surface morphology of coating were studied. The influence of annealing on the structures of pure Ni and high-Co-content Ni-Co alloy coatings was discussed. The corrosion resistance of Ni-Co alloy coating was examined by neutral salt spray test. It was found that the increase of cobalt content in alloy coating reduces the average grain size, changes the preferred orientation from (200) to (111) and the corrosion behavior from pitting corrosion to stress corrosion, and enhances internal stress. The annealed alloy coating features increased grain size and sharpened diffraction peak of (111) crystal plane.
