摘　　要：目前我国糖尿病发病人数已居全球首位,研究开发新型的抗糖尿病药物是我国医药工作者面临的重要课题。通过检索我国学者近年来在国内外学术期刊上发表的相关研究论文,对我国抗糖尿病药物的最新及重大研究进展进行综述,主要介绍不同靶点的抗糖尿病药物的研究进展。China has the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world. Research and development of new anti-diabetic drugs are one of the most important issues that the medical and pharmaceutical workers con- front. Through searching literatures reported by Chinese scholars in recent years, the significant and upda- ted research progresses of anti-diabetic drugs in China were reviewed, and the recent advancements of new anti-diabetic drugs based ondifferent targets were introduced.
