摘 要:为治理35 kV并抗操作过电压,通过ATP-EMTP计算机仿真评估、10 kV模拟试验及35 kV现场试验,对35 kV并抗操作过电压治理措施进行了试验研究及仿真评估,对断路器并抗中性点侧投切、并抗并联匝间避雷器等措施进行了现场试验验证,结果表明采用断路器并抗中性点投切可极其有效地治理空母线开断并抗母线侧过电压风险,对其他治理措施的有效性及适用范围进行了探讨。To control the switching overvoltage caused by switching off shunt reactor in 35 kV system, simulation and evaluation with the software ATP-EMTP, 10 kV laboratory test, and on-site test in 35 kV system were conducted to investigate the control of switching overvohage. The treatments, such as circuit breaker switching at the side of neutral point of shunt reactor, and paralleling MOAs via shunt reactor, were verified through field experiments. The results indicate that the circuit breaker switching at the side of neutral point of shunt reactor can control the switching overvoltage effectively. In addition, the validity and applicable range of other treatments are discussed.
