摘　　要：为了解和借鉴国外科技奖励,加强我国、我军科技奖励与国际接轨,从奖励体系、奖励法规、奖项设置、奖励方式和奖励原则等多方面阐述美、英等国科技奖励的基本情况,分析国外科技奖励的发展趋势。结合本国实际,研究提出完善我国、我军科技奖励制度的启示建议,丰富完善科技奖励体系,强化以人为本的科技奖励,提高科技奖励评审效率,增加重大科技奖励含金量,加强获奖科技成果的推广转化。In order to use foreign awards for reference and strengthen ours to meet with international activities, the article introduces foreign awards for science and technology from different aspects such as award system, regulation, setting, way, principle, etc. , and analyzes trend in development. Combining it with the situation of our country, the article gives some suggestions on improving our country and our army awards for science and technology such as enriching system, emphasi-zing people oriented, heightening efficiency, increasing gold content of important award and strengthening the promotion and transformation of scientific and technological achievement.
