摘　　要：通过比较研究中印承接离岸外包能够更加有助于我们探索研究印度离岸外包业的发展经验,在此基础之上可以使我们清醒地意识到我们的优势与劣势,从而对我国能够快速发展和升级本国的离岸外包产业具有极其重要的指导意义和实践指引。By comparing with India in offshore outsourcing, the paper points out that China is lagging far behind in this re-spect. As a consequence, under such background, it will be helpful for us to learn the advanced experience from India who is performing perfectly in the offshore outsourcing , and we should be aware of our strength and weakness. Finally, we be-lieve that it is of theoretical and practical significance for our country to develop and upgrade our software outsourcing serv-ices industry.
