金融危机以来东莞加工贸易企业转型升级分析

摘　　要：金融危机下加贸企业为求生存而谨慎升级。为避免非法人地位的来料加工厂大面积破产带来的社会震荡,2008年东莞开始推动来料加工厂不停产转型为三资企业。危机后加贸企业积极开拓海内外市场,加大投资自主品牌与自主技术,积极转型。东莞加贸企业面临新技术窗口、大珠三角一体化、要素升级等机遇,也面临镇村利益改革与功能区整合等挑战。建议政府在加大对企业品牌与研发的资金扶持以外,更要推动高级城市化,营造自由平等的竞争环境。The Dongguan＇ s processing trade enterprises upgraded carefully under the financial crisis. Dongguan began to make the processing plant transform to the foreign funded enterprises without stopping production since 2008. After the cri- sis the processing trade enterprises marketed at home and abroad actively, increased investment on the own brand and pro- prietary technology, and transformed actively. Dongguan＇ s processing trade enterprises face the opportunities of new tech- nology window, the Greater Pearl River Delta integration and the factors upgrading. They face the threats of the reform of town of village interests, the functional area at the same time. The government should not only increase the fund assistance on brand and R＆D, but also advance the urbanization and create a free and euual comnetitive environment.
