摘　　要：在科技期刊出版体制改革形势迫切而进展不大的情况下,认为编营分离制度是科技期刊改革的可行性选择。从编营分离制度的含义、来源、理论基础、典型案例等方面分析了其可行性。In the case of urgent situation of sci-tech periodical publishing systems reform, which however progress slowly, separating editing and publishing business was considered a feasible choice. The feasibility of separating editing and publishing business were analysis from the perspective of definition, origin, theoretical basis and typical case.
