摘　　要：医学期刊如何准确把握期刊定位,突破旧的办刊模式,寻求新的增长点,是获得可持续发展的唯一动力。文章以《临床儿科杂志》学术推广创新案例为例,介绍活动的过程及获得的收益,为医学期刊如何突破创新瓶颈提供借鉴。It is a way of sustainable development to orient medical journals accurately, break through the model of outmoded management effectively, and seek new sources of growth actively. This article introduces the progress of academic activities organized by Journal of Clinical Pediatrics and analyzes the benefits from the activities, attempting to provide a new idea to settle bottleneck problems for the development of medical journals.
