摘 要:基于对山溪性雨洪规律的认识 ,从确保防洪设计要求、兼顾兴利出发 ,对古田溪一级水库提出了两种考虑短期预报的调度方案 .通过对校核洪水的调洪计算 ,与不考虑预报情况下进行比较 ,得出考虑预报情况下的汛限水位能提高 1To compromise the conflict of flood control and hydroelectric energy production, two different flood control plans of the first cascade step power station were suggested ,based on the regularity of precipitation and flood in the Gutianxi Basin .The two plans consider the effect of short time forecasting . Through the calculation of the design floods whose return time is 1000 years and the comparison between the plans with forecasting and without forecasting ,we know the limited level of reservoir in flood season could be raised 1 meter when forecasting is considered.
