丹红注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者D-二聚体水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨丹红注射液对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者D-二聚体（DD）水平的影响。方法：选取38例DD水平升高的CHF患者给予丹红注射液40ml，静脉滴注，每天1次，10～14d后复查DD水平。结果：治疗前38例患者DD水平为（1．82±0．20）μg/ml，治疗后为（0．38±0．21）μg/ml，治疗后DD水平较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．01）。治疗后7例患者DD未恢复正常，予低分子肝素皮下注射抗凝治疗5d后复查DD均恢复正常。结论：丹红注射液可显著降低CHF患者的DD水平。Objective：To explore the effects of Danhong injection on the levels of D-dimer（DD） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods：Thirty-eight patients with CHF complicated with high DD level were treated with 40 ml of Danhong injection for 10 to 14 days, the DD levels of all patients were detected. Results：The levels of DD in 38 cases after treatment （0.38±0.21 μg/ml） were significantly lower than that before treatment（ 1.82± 0.20 μg/ml） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The levels of DD in 7 cases at 7 days after treatment did not arrive at normal,which arrived at normal at 5 days after treatment with low molecular heparin. Conclusions：Danhong injection can significantly reduce the levels of DD in patients with CHF.
