摘 要:提出了一种用于压电振动能量收集器的等效电路建模分析法。这种方法将有限元分析和电子电路分析相结合,根据机电类比机制,把压电振动能量收集器的建模问题从复杂的机械领域转换到纯电学领域进行分析。利用该等效电路法,建立并分析了线性和AC-DC非线性负载电路条件下双压电层并联的振动能量收集器电能预测模型。通过对比发现,经等效电路建模分析得到的电压和功率响应结果与实验测量结果的最大误差不超过5%,这充分证实了等效电路建模分析法能在避免理论建模时的复杂推导过程的前提下,保证电能预测模型的精确性。该研究为创建复杂机械和电学边界条件下压电振动能量收集器电能预测模型提供了一种新的、有效的解决途径。An equivalent circuit modeling strategy for piezoelectric vibration energy harvester is proposed.According to electromechanical analogy,the modeling for piezoelectric vibration energy harvester can be converted from complex mechanical field to purely electrical field by combining finite element analysis and electronic circuit analysis.The power predicting models of vibration energy harvester with two paralleled piezoelectric layers for linear and AC-DC nonlinear load circuits are established and analyzed by means of this equivalent circuit strategy.Comparatively,it is found that the maximum error between the results of voltage and power responses from the equivalent circuit model and the results from experimental measurements gets less than 5%.The equivalent circuit modeling strategy avoids complicated derivation in theoretical modeling and keeps the predicting accuracy,especially for modeling the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester with complex mechanical and electrical boundary conditions.
