摘  要:针对高压、高产储层氮气钻井过程中储层"岩爆"以及高速流体携带岩屑对井控设备的冲蚀作用,开展了高压、高产储层氮气安全钻井技术研究。通过结合前期氮气钻井作业中存在的井控安全风险问题,采用井口装置升级改造、井控地面管汇优化改进、井下内防喷工具改善、井控监测与控制系统提升等措施,提高了井控设备的抗冲蚀冲击能力,实现了风险及时预测以及井控系统远程自动化控制。通过后期氮气钻井现场应用表明,该技术有效地保证了储层氮气钻井的安全钻进,对今后高压、高产储层氮气安全钻进提供了技术支持。Considering the effects of the reservoir rock burst and the erosion of high- speed fluids with cuttings to well control equipment in high pressure and high production reservoir,nitrogen gas safety drilling technology has been studied.Through combined with the well control safety risk problems existing in the early nitrogen drilling operations,many measures like reforming wellhead equipment,making better well control surface pipelines,improving inner blowout preventer and upgrading the monitoring and control system etc. have been used to enhance the erosion- resistant and shock- resistant ability of well control equipment and realize the timely risk prediction of the monitoring system and the remote automatic control of the well control system. The field application of the latest nitrogen drilling showed that this technology could ensure the safety drilling of nitrogen drilling in high pressure and high production reservoir and provided technical support for future application.
