摘  要:石油钻井作业中井筒岩屑运移影响钻井花费、时间及成井质量。随着定向井、水平井及大位移井等复杂结构井的广泛应用,倾斜及水平段井筒岩屑运移问题已经成为钻井作业中亟待解决的问题。钻井过程中井眼清洁不充分易引起一系列问题,例如卡管柱、高扭矩和摩阻压耗等。笔者对岩屑运移实验研究进行综述,介绍了岩屑运移实验研究目的、影响因素分类和实验观察流型,总结了实验中主要研究因素对岩屑运移的影响规律。在此基础上总结目前实验尚未完善之处,提出了下步实验的研究趋势。Cuttings transport in wellbore affects the cost,time and well quality during drilling operation. With the wide application of complex structure well such as directional well,horizontal well,extended reach well etc.,cuttings transport in horizontal and inclined boreholes has become the problem to be solved in drilling field. In this paper,experimental research on cuttings transport was reviewed,research purpose of cuttings transport experiment,influence factors classification and flow patterns observed in experiments were introduced,the influence laws of main factors studied in experiments on cuttings transport were summarized. On the basis of above,the limitations of current experiments were summarized and research trends were proposed.
