摘 要:根据水平井的轨道设计、管柱与井壁接触和受力特点,利用分段计算方法,建立水平井管柱摩阻扭矩计算模型。根据水平井的轨道,采用三维纵横弯曲梁模型,计算处于增斜段管柱的摩阻扭矩;采用修正软模型,求解处于直井段、稳斜段、水平段管柱的摩阻扭矩;并考虑管柱屈曲的影响,建立适合水平井的摩阻扭矩三维分段计算模型。利用该模型,对现场实际问题进行计算,结果表明,该模型计算精度较高,可为现场实践应用提供技术参考。According to the trajectory design of horizontal well,the contact and stress features strained between string and wellface,the calculation model for friction torque of horizontal well string was developed by means of piecewise calculation.Based on the horizontal well track,the friction torque of strings located at kick- off section was calculated by using tridimensional crossbar bending beam model, the friction torque of strings located at straight section,steady inclined section and horizontal section was also calculated by adopting modified soft model. Considering the effect of string flexuosity,The tridimensional piecewise calculation model suited for horizontal well friction torque was established. By field calculation,the results indicated that this calculation model possessed high computational accuracy,and could provide technical guidance for practical application.
