摘  要:准噶尔盆地火北地区油藏为二叠系平地泉组,油藏埋深在2 500~2 800 m,地表为石炭系推覆体,厚度为1 000~2 300 m不等,岩性以安山岩等火成岩为主,地层倾角大、可钻性差,HB2井使用常规钻井液钻井,平均机械钻速仅为1.2 m/h,钻井周期158 d,经过研究论证,在HB021与HB022井实施了气体/雾化钻井,提速效果显著,两口井气基流体钻井进尺分别为2 163 m和1 732 m,平均钻速为5.01 m/h和5.79 m/h,钻速分别提高了3.85倍和4.2倍,工期节约70 d和67 d,加快了勘探进度,取得了明显的经济效益.初步形成了适合于火北地区钻井提速的气基流体欠平衡钻井工艺.Huobei area reservoir in Zhungeer basin belongs to Permian Pingdiquan group,reservoir buried depth is 2500 ~2800m,the thickness of surface Carboniferous nappe is 1000 ~2300m,stratigraphic dip is large,and drillability is poor,the average ROP in well Huobei 2 was only 1. 2m / h using conventional mud drilling,drilling cycle was 158 days. Through application of gas / atomization drilling in well Huobei 021 and 022,drilling footage of two wells was 2163m and 1732m respectively,average ROP was 5. 01m / h and 5. 79m / h,penetration rate was increased by 3. 85 times and 4. 2 times,drilling cycle was saved 70d and 67d respectively,the obvious economic benefit was obtained. The gas based fluid under- balanced drilling technique suited for Huobei Area was formed.
