摘  要:综合分析了西部地区深井、超深井固井难题,提出了相应的水泥浆体系与固井工艺技术。针对川东北海相酸性气藏固井难题,优选了性能优良的高温防腐防气窜胶乳水泥浆体系,并利用分段气窜模型预测地层压稳状态,指导防气窜固井设计;利用紧密堆积理论,优选综合性能良好、可满足超高压地层固井施工要求的超高密度水泥浆体系,并在官深1井成功应用,最高密度达2.82 g/cm3,创国内水泥浆入井最高记录;研制筛选了性能优良的低密度水泥浆体系,解决了深井漏失的难题,针对普光气田二开一次封固段长、地层承压能力低难题,采用正注反挤固井工艺取得了良好效果。The cementing problems of Deep well and ultradeep well were analyzed,and corresponding slurry system and cementing techniques were put forward. In order to solve cementing technical problems of Northeast Sichuan marine sour gas reservoirs,type of Latex cement slurry with good high temperature antiseptic and anti- gas channeling performance were selected,piecewise gas channeling model was used to predict the balance state of formation pressure,and mean for cementing design. Ultra high density slurry was developed by using high packing theory,which had good performance and met the cementing operation,the highest density slurry(2. 82g / cm3)was successfully used in the well Guanshen 1. Low density slurry was optimized to solve the cement loss problem of deep well in Tahe oilfield.Positive injection and reverse squeezing technique was adopted to solve the long cementing section and low formation bearing capacity in Puguang gas field and good results were obtained.
