摘 要:清洁压裂液在纯水介质中形成球形胶束,球形胶束演变进而形成高黏弹性的空间网状结构,实现对支撑剂的携带和造缝;遇地层中的油和水,胶束膨胀而崩解成低黏度的球形胶束,实现清洁压裂液的自动破胶。有6种途径将清洁压裂液耐温性能提高到100℃以上:提高表面活性剂浓度、采用非离子型表面活性剂与交联剂复配、在阳离子表面活性剂中加入阴离子表面活性剂、采用高分子表面活性剂与胶束促进剂复配、采用两性表面活性剂卵磷脂与非水溶性有机醇类复配、采用阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面剂和亲水性表面活性剂及疏水性有机醇复配。清洁压裂液在天然气的破胶中引入疏水缔合聚合物,实现清洁压裂液在天然气中的破胶和降低成本,是清洁压裂液研究发展的方向。Clean fracturing fluid in the pure water medium could form spherical micelle,in salt medium,the charge in the molecule was shielded,the spherical micelles turned into vermiform or flexible rod shaped micelle to form viscous elastic space mesh structure and actualize the carry over and seam forming of proppant. The micellar expansion and collapse in oil and water strata changed into low viscosity spherical micelles,realized automatic gel breaking of clean fracturing fluid. Six ways could increase the heat- resistant properties of clean fracturing fluid to above 1000℃,such as increasing the concentration of surfactant,adopting combination of nonionic surfactant and crosslinking agent,adding anionic surfactant into cationic surfactant,combination of macromolecule surfactant and micelle promoter,using chemical combination of amphoteric surfactant lecithin and non- water solubility organic alcohols,combination of anionic surfactant and non- ionic surface agent and hydrophilicity and hydrophilic organic alcohol. The gel breaking of clean fracturing fluid was a controversial question in the gas. The research direction of clean fracturing fluid was gel breaking and reduce cost by introducing hydrophobic associating polymer.
