摘 要:金属切削加工中切削液起着润滑、冷却等重要作用。随着切削技术、刀具材料及设计技术、机床技术的发展,人们环境保护意识的加强以及切削液在生产成本中所占比重的变化,高速干切削已经有了初步发展,在实际加工生产中得以运用,在工业发达国家尤为广泛,并且具有生产效率高、加工质量好、切削力小、加工精度高等诸多优点,安全环保节能。本文介绍高速干切削加工的发展概况、优势、前景,提出解决相关关键技术的方案。Cutting fluid plays an important and indispensable role in metal cutting traditionaly such as inlubrication, cooling, flushing. With the development of the technology in cutting tool materials, design and machine tool, the strengthe- ning of people~ awareness of environmental protection, as well as the increase proportion of cutting fluid cost, high -speed dry cutting has been developed tentatively, used during the metal processing actually, particularly in industrialized coun- tries, for its advantages such as high production efficiency, processing quality, machining accuracy and less cutting force, eliminating the negative effects of cutting fluid, safety and environmental protection, energy - saving and emission - reduc- tion. This study is a brief overview of the development, advantages, prospects of high - speed dry cutting in metal process- ing and the key technology should be researched during its popularity.
