摘　　要：建立了建筑用胶黏剂中游离苯酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。对提取方法、色谱条件及检测波长的选择进行了研究。结果表明,采用甲醇超声提取样品15 min可获得良好的提取效果,该方法的定量限(LOQ,以信噪比为10计)为10 mg/kg,线性范围为0.5～100 mg/L,相关系数为0.999 9。在1倍LOQ、2倍LOQ、10倍LOQ添加水平下平均回收率在89.28%～99.27%之间。实际样品测定结果表明,双酚A型环氧树脂存在游离苯酚残留的风险。A method was developed for the determination of free phenol in adhesives used in building by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The conditions of sample pretreatment, chromatography and detection parameters were studied. Results showed that the extraction of the phenol can reach a good performance with methanol under ultrasonic extraction for 15 rain. The quantification limit （LOQ） of phenol was 10 mg/kg. The calibration curve was linear within 0.5-100 mg/mL with 0.999 9 as a typical correlation coefficient. The recoveries ranged from 89.28%-99.27% with three addition levels. The presence of free phenol in epoxy resin adhesives ofbisphenol A type was found according to the results of real samples.
