摘  要:【目的】为探讨石竹对土壤重金属Cd污染的抗性和敏感性。【方法】采用盆栽控制试验,测定不同浓度(0、0.3、1、3、10、30、50mg/kg)Cd胁迫下石竹叶片生理生化指标。【结果】研究表明,石竹根重、地上部干重、株高、抗性系数以及可溶性蛋白含量以3mg/kg Cd浓度为阈值呈低促高抑现象。随Cd处理浓度、时间的增加,游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和质膜相对透性均逐渐上升,且在高浓度(≥10mg/kg)下上升更为显著;SOD、POD和CAT酶活性呈先上升后下降趋势,上升最大值的处理浓度分别为10、3、3mg/kg。【结论】低浓度Cd对石竹影响较小,当浓度大于10mg/kg时,其毒性随浓度和时间的增加而明显增大,表明石竹对土壤Cd胁迫有一定适应性。[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the resistances and susceptibility of D. chinensis to soil heavy metal cadmium (Cd). [Method] A pot-experiment was conducted to measure physiological and biochemical indicators of D. chinensis leaf grown in different Cd concen- trations (0, 0.3, 1, 3, 10, 30 and 50 mg/kg). [Results] The biomass of root and shoot, plant height, resistance coefficient and content of soluble protein, increased when Ca concentration was below 3 mg/kg but the opposite was true when Ca concentration was above 3 mg/kg. With the in crease of cadmium concentrations and treatment time, free proline, malondialdehyde and relative conductivity increased gradually. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased initially and then declined. [Conclusion] Low Cd concentrations had little effects on D. chinensis when Cd con centration 10 mg/kg, the toxicity of cadmium was increased with an increase in concentration and time, implying that D. chinensis is relatively adaptable to soil cadmium stress.
