摘 要:【目的】以位于典型黄土丘陵沟壑区的皋兰县为例,探讨并提出该区最优的土地利用结构。【方法】依据皋兰县的土地利用现状,运用线性规划模型对皋兰县土地利用结构进行优化调整,获得规划近期(2015年)和规划期(2020年)的土地利用结构优化方案。【结果】优化后的土地利用结构中,到规划近期(2015年),耕地、林地、草地的面积比例由基期年的15.48∶0.84∶75.01调整为规划近期的14.14∶1.39∶74.84,建制镇面积比例增加了0.19%。到规划期(2020年)这一趋势更加明显,耕地、草地面积比例降为13.36%和73.80%,林地面积和建制镇面积上升为1.70%和0.70%。【结论】优化后的土地利用结构,综合考虑了城乡经济社会发展需求,提高了土地利用的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。[Objective] The objective of this study was to explore and propose the optimal land use structure for Gaolan county which located in loess hill and gully area. [Method] According to the current situation of land use in Gaolan county, we used linear programming model to optimize and adjust land use structure and got the optimization scheme in the near period (2015) and planning period (2020). [Results] The optimized land use structure indicated that the proportion of arable land, woodland and grassland were adjusted from 15.48, 0.84 and 75.01 in the base period to 14.14, 1.39 and 74.84 in the near planning period (2015). The proportion of town area was in creased by 0.19%. By the planning period (2020), this trend was more apparent. The proportion of arable land and grassland were dropped to 13.36% and 73.80% and woodland and town were increased to 1.70% and 0.70%. [Conclusion] The optimized land use structure considered urban rural demands of economic and social development comprehensively and improved economic, eco logical and social benefits in land use.
