摘 要:采用湿法纺丝方法成功制备了壳聚糖/PVA共混纤维,为了提高共混纤维的力学性能,利用戊二醛对纤维进行交联处理。运用红外光谱、扫描电镜、TGA对共混纤维和交联纤维进行表征;同时,测试了纤维交联前后的力学性能和吸水性变化。实验结果表明,红外光谱图中,在1 641cm-1处出现的Shiff碱吸收峰,表明成功制备了交联纤维;随着交联剂戊二醛增加,交联纤维的断裂强度增加,断裂伸长率减少,吸水率降低;热失重分析表明,交联后纤维的热损失温度为200℃,热稳定性良好。Chitosan/PVA blend fibers were prepared by wet spinning, and crosslinked with glutaraldehyde to improve mechanical properties of fibers. The blend fibers and crosslinked fibers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope. The absorption peak of shiff alkali at 1 641 cm-1 showed that chitosan/PVA blend fibers crosslinked with glutaraldehyde were prepared successfully. The breaking tenacity of fibers was increased and the breaking elongation and water adsorb percent was decrease with the increase of glutaraldehyde dosage. The heat loss temperature was 200 ℃ and the thermostability of fibers was good.
