摘 要:反相乳液中淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺聚合反应体系里加入Fe(EDTA)2-,与过硫酸铵(APS)形成复配引发体系,Fe(EDTA)2-被氧化成Fe(EDTA)-,探讨了Fe(EDTA)-对反相乳液中接枝共聚反应的控制作用。结果表明,Fe(EDTA)2-加入接枝共聚反应体系中后,单体转化率随时间平稳的增长,反应初期体系温度无明显升高,动力学曲线表现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.983 4;当络合物浓度为0.34mmol/L、n(FeSO4)∶n(Na2EDTA)=1∶1.15、Span20质量分数为5%时,接枝率为153.6%,特性黏数为390.8mL/g。Fe(EDTA)^2- was added in graft polymerization of starch-acrylamide in inverse emulsion to form complex initiation system with ammonium persulfate(APS), and Fe(EDTA)^2- was oxidized to Fe(EDTA) . The controlling effect of Fe(EDTA)-on the inverse emulsion copolymerization was explored. The results showed that the monomer conversion increased smoothly with reaction time when Fe(EDTA)^2-was added in the inverse emulsion system, but reaction temperature was not increased obviously in the beginning. The kinetic curve showed a good linear relationship with a linear correlation coefficient of 0. 983 4. When the concentration of Fe(EDTA)^2- was 0.34 mmol/L, n(FeSO4) : n(NazEDTA) = 1 : 1.15 and the mass fraction of emulsifier was 5%, the grafting ratio was up to 135.4% and intrinsic viscosity of the product was 390.8 mL/g.
