摘　　要：利用非卤素阻燃剂YRC-1对涤纶窗帘织物进行了阻燃整理,通过对焙烘工艺的改进和交联剂的使用对其耐久性进行了探讨。通过单因素分析,确定了阻燃整理最佳工艺:阻燃剂质量浓度120g/L,焙烘温度180℃,焙烘时间3min。采用该阻燃整理工艺的涤纶织物具有良好的耐久性,且使用交联剂也能提高织物的耐久性。热失重分析结果表明,阻燃处理后的涤纶织物在燃烧过程中生成碳层,残炭量大量增加。Polyester curtain fabric was treated with non-halogen flame retardant YRC-1 and its durability was investigated by improving cured method and using cross linker. The optimal process for flame retardant finishing was investigated by single factor analysis as followings： concentration of flame retardant 120 g/L, curing time 3 min and curing temperature 180 ℃. As a result, fabrics durability could be improved by increasing the curing time and the fabric physical properties could be improved by adding cross linker.
