摘 要:为了分析废纸中的胶黏物,采用胶黏物染色的方法对标签纸中胶黏物进行染色,使之与白色浆料形成色差对比,从而有助于用扫描法分析胶黏物的存在形式。论文系统地探讨了阳离子、阴离子、非离子表面活性剂对压敏胶胶黏物的作用以及对废纸浆的影响。对筛选前后纸片的胶粒尘埃度(NPM)和平均胶粒粒径的分析结果表明:阳离子、阴离子表面活性剂对胶粒有一定的分散作用,阳离子表面活性剂的分散作用尤为突出,而非离子表面活性剂有略微的凝聚作用。处理后纸浆滤液的浊度和胶黏物的接触角的变化规律也证实了以上结论。研究结果可为废纸脱墨过程中表面活性剂对脱墨纸浆中胶黏物的影响规律提供理论依据。It was investigated that the pressure-sensitive adhesive was dyed with black organic dye, the dyed adhesive could be found from the handsheet of bleached pulp by scanning method. It was discussed that the influence of cationic surfactant, anionic surfactant, and nonionic surface agent on pressure sensitive adhesive during waste office paper pulping, respectively. It was compared that the particle of dirty NPM (number/mm2) and average particle size of dirty before and/or after screening. The results were shown that the cationic surfactant, and anionic surfactant could help dispersion of adhesive, and the cationic surfactant could disperse more efficiently. However nonionic surfactant could be a slight flocculation efficient. It could be given the same results by determination of turbidity of filtration of pulp and contact angle of adhesive. The results could help to understand how the adhesive was dispersed during deinking system.
