Study on Unit Combination of Synchronized Power System Containing Energy Storage System and Large-scaled Wind Farm

摘  要:为提高系统运行的灵活性和稳定性,在含风电场的机组组合问题中引入储能系统,将含风电场和储能系统的机组组合问题描述为含0-1变量的混合整数优化模型,在模型中体现了储能系统对系统旋转备用容量的影响。采用分支定界的思想,将整数变量松弛为实数变量,利用改进粒子群算法来迭代求解。以6机和某10机39节点系统为算例,对传统的机组组合模型和含ESS的机组组合模型进行了比较,计算结果验证了该模型和解法的有效性。For improving operational flexibility and stability of system, this paper discusses introduction of energy storage system in unit combination containing wind farm. It describes the unit combination problem containing wind farm and energy storage system as a mixed integer optimization model containing 0-1 variable that reflects impact of energy storage system on spinning reserve capacities of the system. By using thinking of branch and bound method, it is able to loose integer variables to be real variables and to realize iteration solution by using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. Taking 6-unit and some 10-unit and 39-node system as diffset, it compares traditional unit combination model and the unit combination model containing energy storage system. The calculation result verifies effectiveness of this model and its solution.
