摘　　要：目前ZW7-40.5型真空断路器在陕南地区配电网中仍大量存在并被使用,但是由于其本身存在密封不严、工艺装备缺陷等经常出现故障导致区域停电。分析了ZW7-40.5型真空断路器现场运行中发生的电流互感器绝缘损坏、瓷瓶炸裂等开关事故,提出了相应的工艺设备改进措施,并对改进后的设备进行了相关试验和在线运行。通过试验和实践的检验,证明相应的改进措施能极大地提高ZW7-40.5型真空断路器的运行性能。ZW740.5 vacuum breaker is widely used in distribution networks in southern Shannxi regions, while for disadvan-tages such as untight seal and technological equipment defects, it is often causing regional power cut. This paper analyzes switchgear accidents such as insulation damage of current transformer in field operation of ZW7-40.5 vacuum breaker and china bursting. It proposes corresponding technological equipment improvement measures and processes related testing and online operation for improved equipment. By testing and practical detection, it verifies effectiveness of improvement meas-ures for promoting operational performance of ZW7-40.5 vacuum breaker.
