摘　　要：结合监理工作经验,论述了记好监理日记的重要性,并对监理日记记录过程中存在的问题进行了分析,总结了监理日记的记录要求及监督管理要点,为今后监理日记的记录提供了参考依据。Combining with the supervision work experience, this paper discusses the importance of keeping good supervision diary, and analyzed the existing problems in supervision diary record process, summarized the record requirements and supervision management key points of supervi- sion diary, provided reference for supervision diary record.
