摘  要:为了给硬目标侵彻武器相关研究提供参考,本文综述了压阻式、压电式、电容式及热对流式传感器的国内外研究成果,总结了各类传感器的优缺点:压阻式线性度、灵敏度好、量程高,但受温度影响较明显;压电式具有良好的工作带宽,但零漂严重;电容式工作频带较宽,但在高冲击环境下线性度较差;热对流式采用了虚拟"质量块",可达到较高量程,具有良好的抗冲击能力,但其温漂现象明显。总之,根据各类传感器的特点,由单芯片集成或多芯片组合的方式研制的三轴加速度传感器,已成为高冲击加速度传感器发展的主要方向。To provide reference for sensors of hard target penetration weapon, the characteristics of piezoresis- tire sensors, piezoelectric sensors, capacitive sensors and convective sensors were discussed in this paper. Pie- zoresistive sensors had the advantages of good linearity, sensitivity and high measurement range, but they would be affected by temperature variation; piezoelectric sensors had wide bandwidth but severe zero-drifts; capacitive sensors also had high bandwidth but their linearity were weakened by high impact situation; convective sensors were characterized by high-range, good magnetic resistance and strongly resistance to shock loading , but their temperature drift phenomenon was obvious. In a word, the tri-axis high impact accelerometer based on single or multi integrated chip was the developing direction of high impact accelerometers.
