摘 要:采用化学混凝法对陕北某原油处理厂采油废水进行处理。选用三氯化铁作为混凝剂,研究了FeCl3投加量、温度、pH等因素对废水COD去除率的影响,采用正交实验方法确定了最佳处理条件为:常温条件,废水的pH为8,FeCl3浓度为25 mg/L,PAM浓度为0.75 mg/L,250 r/min的搅拌速度下,快速搅拌2 min,30 r/min的搅拌速度下,慢速搅拌5 min,静置30 min。此时,废水COD由3815 mg/L降到1034 mg/L,去除率为72.9%。The chemical coagulation method has been used to deal with the oilfield wastewater from a crude oil pro- cessing plant in Northern Shaanxi. FeC13 has been selected as a coagulant, FeC13 adding quantity, temperature, pH and other factors effect on the removal of COD are investigated, the orthogonal experimental method has been to de- termine the operating conditions of coagulation are as following: the condition of normal temperature, pH = 8, FeC13 25 mg/L, PAM 0.75 mg,/L high speed agitation of 250 r/rain of which time is 2 rain ;low speed agitation of 30 r/ min with time is 5 min, standing for 30 min. At this time, COD of the wastewater is reduced from 3815 mg/L to 1034 mg/L, the removal rate of COD is 72.9%.
