长期饲喂三氧化二砷对小白鼠的影响

摘　　要：试验选择 4 0日龄昆明种小白鼠 80只 ,公母各半 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,试验组日粮中添加 1 .4 mg/ kg的 AS2 O3。选 F1 代小白鼠生产的三窝小白鼠进行观察 ,记录每窝出生数 ,测定体增重 ,观察有无畸形个体出现。结果表明 ,长期饲喂小剂量 AS2 O3对不同窝次小白鼠不仅不产生毒性作用 ,而且可增强生活力 。days old Kunming albino mice(male:female was 1:1) were divided into 2 groups at random.The group 1 (ck) was fed basal diet.The group 2 (test)was fed the basal diet and a little dose of As 2O 3(1.4mg/kg)for a long time.The albino mice of litters bom by F 1 generation were studied for their litter size,body weight gain,and deformed individual.The results indicated that the albino mice were not toxic,and were promoted for viability and growth.
