摘  要:目的探讨大深度饱和潜水对潜水员血液生化指标的影响。方法在进舱前和出舱后,空腹抽取潜水员血液,自动生化监测仪进行检测。结果潜水员出舱后,总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮、血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇均在正常范围内。潜水员出舱后白蛋白/球蛋白比值较进舱前有所增加(P>0.05),但是在正常范围内。1名潜水员出舱后总胆红素有所增加,为34μmol/L,超过正常水平(5.1~19μmol/L);另1名潜水员出舱后谷丙转氨酶为43 U/L,较正常值(5~40 U/L)稍有增加;这2名潜水员的其他指标均在正常范围内。结论本次饱和潜水研究方案是安全的,对潜水员健康无严重影响;但长时间在高氧环境下,潜水员出现红细胞破坏增加,需要今后注意观察。Objective To investigate the changes of serum biochemical parameters in divers after great depth saturation diving. Methods Four divers were eompressed to depths of 480m with heliox-oxygen and held at the designated depth for 49 hours, then decompressed to the surface. The blood samples were collected before compression and post decompression, the value of biochemical parameters were detected by autoanalyzer. Results After decompression, the value of total protein, albumin, glutamate-pyrnvate transaminase, creatinine, urea nitrogen, serum glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol were all in normal range. Compared with the levels before compression, the value of albumin/globin (A/G) value in the serum were significantly elevated post decompression (P 〉 0.05). The level of total bilirubin in serum of one diver was elevated post decompression, 34 μmol/L, which was higher than normal value (5. 1-19 μmol/L). The level of glutamate-pyruvate transaminase in serum of another diver was 43 U/L, which was slightly elevated as compared with normal level (5-40 U/L). The other indicators of these two divers were all in normal range. Con- elusion The decompression schedule in this heliox saturation diving is safe, the decompression sickness pathology in this diving had not been induced. The long time exposed in hyperoxygen may induce red cells destroyed.
