摘 要:通过对原代培养DRG细胞进行免疫荧光染色、免疫酶染色和免疫荧光-酶双重染色,研究了原代DRG细胞中P物质及NK-1R与神经元相互定位关系,对比分析了3种染色效果.结果表明:免疫荧光-酶双重染色效果较好,既能清楚辨识组织细胞结构,又可对标记物进行清晰区分.故免疫荧光-酶双重染色技术是一种结合了免疫酶法和荧光法的优势的免疫染色新方法,值得在病理药理研究中推广.The immune fluorescence staining, immunoenzyme staining and immunofluorescence-enzyme double staining techniques were employed on primary cultured DRG ceils to study the location of substance P and NK-1R in DRG eells and the staining effects of the three stain techniques were compared. The results indicated that immunofluoreseence-enzyme double staining was better than the other two in recognizing tissue structure and distinguishing the markers. So immunofluorescence-enzyme double staining technique, combining the advantages of immune fluorescence and immunoenzyme staining, is worthy of widely applying in pathological and pharmacological research.
