银屑病性关节炎的心理分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病性关节炎患者(PA)的心理特点及相应护理对策。方法经Zung氏焦虑、抑郁自评量表调查61例PA患者心理状况,并将其分为两组,对照组30例,进行常规护理;观察组31例,进行心理护理干预。结果入院时两组61例患者均有焦虑、抑郁情绪,焦虑症状100.0%,抑郁情绪100.0%。出院时两组SAS标准分、SDS标准分均明显低于入院前(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论 PA患者普遍存在焦虑、抑郁情绪,加强对患者的心理行为护理对缓解患者焦虑、抑郁具有重要意义。Objective To explore psychological characteristics of psoriasis arthritis （PA） patients and measures of psychological care. Methods 61 PA patients were investigated by Zung＇s anxiety self-assessment scale （SAS） and Zung＇s depression self-assessment scale （SDS）, and randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n=30）, given by general nursing; the observation group （n=31）, given by psychological nursing intervention additionally. Results The anxiety incidence and depression incidence in both groups was 100.0% on admission. Compared with the anxiety incidence and depression incidence on admission, there were significantly decrease of them on charge from hospital （P〈0.05）, and there was obvious difference between two groups on the anxiety incidence and depression incidence on charge from hospital （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are prevalent anxiety and depression on PA patients. Psychological nursing interventions make an important role on alleviate of anxiety and depression on PA patients.
