摘　　要：髌骨骨折合并胫骨上端骨折利用锁定钢板的技术可以直接利用髌骨骨折的一个手术切口,在不剥离骨膜的情况下把骨折复位后用锁定钢板直接行良好的固定,从而减少骨折处血运的破坏,促进骨折早期愈合,效果良好。The patella combined with proximal tibial fractures can be treated by only one incision of patella through locked steel plate＇s technique. This method can reset and fix fractures very well by locked steel plate without stripping bone＇s membrane, therefore＇it reduces the damage of blood circulation and gets fracture＇s union earlier and has wonderful result.
