摘　　要：公路网的建设与社会经济的发展有密切的联系,两者之间的关系可以看成投入与产出的关系,公路网要与所服务区域的社会经济水平相适应,因此利用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,简称DEA)进行公路网适应性综合评价是有效可行的。本文通过建立公路网评价指标体系,利用实际数据,运用DEA方法对河南省各地区现状公路网进行了相对性评价,然后结合各公路网的现状分析了非DEA有效单元存在的问题。There is a close relationship between the construction of the highway network and the development of social economy,which is just like the relationship between input and output,and the development level of road network need to match the local social and economic level. So it is effective and feasible that this paper use data envelopment analysis （DEA） and evaluate highway network adaptability.Through the establishment of evaluation index system of road network, using the actual data, this paper used DEA method to evaluate the regional highway network in Henan province relatively.And combining with the existing condition of the road network, this paper analyzed the problems of DEA efficient units.
