摘　　要：本文结合顶岗实习的特点,建立高职顶岗实习的质量管理和监控体系,研发顶岗实习管理和监控平台,实现对顶岗实习各要素特别是关键要素的监控,加强对顶岗实习过程的控制,真正实现顶岗实习的教学性。Combining with the characteristics of internship, this paper established a system of internship quali-ty management and control, researched and developed an internship management and control platform. The plat-form can achieve the control of every internship elements especially the key elements, strengthen the control of the internship process, and truly achieve the teaching of the internship.
