摘　　要：通过利用中国科学院专利在线分析系统检索,从整体上来看,肉苁蓉技术研究在大规模种植生产、生物学特性、成分分析、精细加工以及农机设备等方面还不够深入。单从医药、保健产品技术研发方面来看,肉苁蓉专利技术研发正向成熟性、便利性、高技术含量和利益最大化方向发展。如何更加准确快速地选择肉苁蓉专利技术产品仍将是肉苁蓉技术研究发展的大方向,应结合我国保健品市场的发展模式进行针对性地研究。By doing research with the use of patent analysis system of Chinese Academy of Science, we found that the study of Cistanche technology is not thorough enough in aspects of Cistanche＇s mass-production, biologi-cal characteristics, composition analysis, processing and farming equipment. At the same time, Single from the technology research and development of the medicine, the health care product, Cistanche technology is heading to-wards directions of maturity, convenience, high-tech and maximum profits. How to select patented Cistanche prod-ucts is still an important issue in the study of Cistanche technology. Hence when doing research, researchers should study the development pattern of health product market and be market-oriented.
