高效液相色谱法测定杀鼠新乳油

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定了杀鼠新乳油的含量。采用Partisil- 10ODS色谱柱 ,以甲醇∶0 .0 0 5mol/L四丁基铵磷酸盐缓冲溶液 =80∶2 0为流动相 ,测定波长 2 85nm。该方法在 0 .5～ 3 .0 μg范围内有很好的线性关系 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .8% (n =7) ,平均回收率为 99.5 0 % (n =3)。A method is developed for the determination of ditolylacinone in emulsifiable concentrate. The samples are analyzed by ion-pair high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection at 285nm. Chromatography is performed by using a Partisil-10ODS(10μm) column, and methanol∶0.005mol/L tetrabutyl-ammonium phosphate buffer (80∶20, v/v) as the mobile phase. RSD is 0.8% (n=7) , the linearity is very good (correlation coefficient∶0.9999) in the 0.5～3.0μg range. The average recovery is 99.50% (n=3 ).
