摘　　要：早期故障期是设备故障的高发期,文章针对互感器设备的特点,结合设备实际交接和运行中出现的异常及故障实例,研究如何利用电气试验、专业巡检、绝缘油试验等手段收集设备的状态量信息,从而识别故障的早期征兆,并对故障部位及其严重程度、故障发展趋势进行诊断,做出正确的检修决策。同时,对具体的故障提出了整改措施和建议,为类似情况提供了借鉴。Early failure period is the peak period of equipment failure, in this paper, according to the characteristics of transformer equipment, combined with the abnormal and fault examples of actual equip- ment handover and operation, how to use electrical test, professional inspection, electric insulating oil test and other means to collect state information is studied, so as to identify the fault early warning signs, and to diagnose the fault location and severity degree, fault development trend. Finally, the right mainte- nance decisions can be made. At the same time, some improvement measures and suggestions are pro- posed for the specific fault, and the references are nrovided for the similar situations.
