摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-Ⅰ)是一类多功能细胞增殖调控因子,在细胞的分化、增殖、个体的生长发育中具有重要的促进作用。研究显示其在调节胎儿宫内生长发育、出生后婴幼儿的生长发育中有重要作用,是目前儿科临床研究的热点内容,本文对血清IGF-Ⅰ在胎儿及婴幼儿生长发育中的研究进展进行综述。Insulin-like growth factor （IGF- I ） is a kind of multi-cell proliferation regulatory factors, it plays an important promoting role in ceil differentiation, proliferation and individual growth. Research shows that IGF- I has an important role in regulating fetal growth and development, postnatal growth and development of infants and young children have an important role, and it is a hot research point in pediatric department, this article summarizes the research progress of serum IGF- I in growth and development of fetuses and infants.
