摘 要:目的初步建立白木香叶代泡茶的质量标准。方法采用理化鉴别(滤纸层析预试法),薄层色谱法(TLC)对白木香叶代泡茶进行真伪鉴别、采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定白木香叶代泡茶中的总黄酮含量等实验手段,对白木香叶代泡茶的质量标准进行系统研究。结果定性方法的结果与预期结果相符。定量的结果,测得白木香叶代泡茶中的总黄酮含量为:0.1502%(n=5),RSD%=1.44%,平均回收率98.15%,RSD%=0.74%。建立的定性及定量方法,简单可行、重复性好,能有效地控制白木香叶代泡茶的质量。结论建立白木香叶代泡茶的质量标准,为用药安全和开发利用该药用植物资源提供科学依据。Objective To establish the quality standard of Generation of Tea for the Aquilaria Sinensis leaves. Methods Pysicochemical method (filter paper chromatography test method) and TLC were taken to identify the Aquilaria Sinensis leaves Generation of Tea.HPLC was used to find out the total flavonoid content of the Aquilaria Sinensis leaves Generation of Tea in order to study on quality standard of generation tea of Aquilaria sinensis leaf. Results The qualitative method was Consistent with the expected results. The quantitative results that measure the total flavonoids content in generation tea was 0.1502% (n = 5), RSD%=1.44%. The average recovery rate was 98.15%, RSD%=0.74%. The qualitative and quantitat.ive methods were simple and feasible, with good reproducibility,which can control the quality of the generation tea of Aquilaria sinensis leaf. Conclusion The research establish the quality standards of Generation of Tea for the Aquilaria Sinensis leaves, which pro- vides scientific reference to drug safety and development and utilization of the the medicinal plant.
