护理层级管理在急诊护理中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的进一步研究护理层级管理在急诊护理的应用价值以及评价实施效果。方法针对四川省遂宁市中心医院急诊科46名护士实施层级管理方案,即护士长——责任护士——辅助护士——助理护士的顺序。观察实施层级管理前与实施后的效果,比较护理质量与患者满意度。结果通过χ2检验后发现,急诊科在实施层级管理后明显比实施前的效果更加明显,其护理措施良好率、基础措施落实良好率、护理差错率均得到有效的提高,患者满意度和医生满意度均得到显著性提高,实施层级管理前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论实施层级管理方案不但可以改善急诊护理的管理效果,也可以提高患者满意度和护理服务质量,针对急诊护理人员也可以有效地充分发挥作用,提高护理人员遂的工作积极性以及使护理工作合理分配,减少了很多不必要的责任困扰,因此层级管理的实施对急诊护理管理工作起到了很重要的作用,值得临床大力推广应用。Objective To further study the level management in an acute care nursing application value as well as evaluating the implementation results. Methods Hierarchical management scheme, namely nurse-the responsibility of nurses-auxiliary nurses-nurses order was implied to 46 nurses in emergency department. Then the results of implementation level management before and after the implementation were observed, the quality of care and patient satisfaction was compared. Results The chi-square test found that, levels of management in the emergency department after implementation were significantly higher than before the implementation, the effect was more obvious, and it was the rate of good care measures, basic measures to im- plement good rate, nursing error rate had been effectively improved, satisfaction and physician satisfaction averaged signifi- cantly improved, so the implementation level management before and after comparison had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of hierarchical management program can not only improve emergency care manage- ment effectiveness, but also improve patient satisfaction and quality of care for ED nurses can fully play its role effectively, improve nurses work motivation and rational allocation of nursing work to reduce a lot of unnecessary distress responsibility, so the implementation level management for emergency care management has played a very important role, and is worthy of clinical application vigorously.
