天葵菌毒清颗粒的制备与清开灵颗粒抗病毒临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨天葵菌毒清颗粒的制备工艺,并与清开灵颗粒抗病毒临床对比研究。方法取青天葵、板蓝根、土牛膝、岗梅根四种药材洗净,置于多功能中草药提取罐内,加6倍水浸泡半小时,加热加压,在0.1 Mpa压力下提取2次,每次2 h,合并滤液,滤液经低温减压缩成8 000 mL稠膏,放凉。另取蔗糖粉置搅拌机中,将8 000 mL稠膏缓缓加入蔗糖粉中,随加随搅拌,直至混合均匀、色泽一致,经旋转式颗粒机制粒,置红外线干燥箱中干燥5个小时,经摇摆式颗粒机整粒后,分装于15克的铝箔包装中。结果天葵菌毒清颗粒制作工艺成本低,临床治疗上呼吸道感染、腮腺炎等病毒感染总有效率达90.0%,明显高于清开灵颗粒组(90.0%vs76.9%,χ2=7.3122,P<0.05)。结论天葵菌毒清颗粒制备工艺简单可行,临床疗效确切,无任何毒副作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate nervilia fordii duqing granule＇s preparation process and antiviral clinical contrast study of Qingkailing granule. Methods Cleanly washed nervilia fordii, indigowoad root, aehyranthes aspera and rough- haired holly root and put them into Chinese herb＇s multi-function extractor, soaking for half an hour with 6 times water. Through heated and pressurized, under the pressure of 0.1Mpa, it was extracted for 2 times, 2 hours for each time. The filtrate was combined and compressed into 8 000 mL thick paste with low temperature and pressure relief and put it cool Next, put another sucrose powder into a blender, adding 8 000 mL thick paste in a slow stream, along with adding and keep stirring, until the mixture was uniform and color consistency. After granulating in the extrude granulator, and put it to dry for 5 hours in the infrared drying oven. And after granulating in the oscillating granulator, wrapped them up into 15 grams of aluminum foil packaging. Results The nervilia fordii duqing granule＇s production process was low cost. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in upper respiratory infections, mumps and other virus infection was 90%, significantly higher than the Qingkailing granules group （90.0%vs76.9%, ~2 =7.3122, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nervilia fordii duqing granule＇s preparation process is simple and feasible with a good curative effect. There is no toxic side effect, and it worths the clinical Dromotion.
