强化阶段式健康教育对降低颈性高血压复发率的研究

摘　　要：目的观察强化阶段式健康教育在降低颈性高血压复发率中的作用。方法对30例颈性高血压患者治疗前后进行健康教育,并在治疗疗程全部完成后进行电话随访,第1年每个月1次,第2年每两个月1次,随访内容主要通过问卷形式进行。对照组30例接受相同的治疗但不接受健康教育,随访两年后对结果进行统计分析。结果两组患者在治疗结束半年内复发率比较无差异(P>0.05),但在两年内有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论强化阶段式健康教育可有效降低颈性高血压的复发率。Objective To observe the effect of health education in strengthening stage to reduce the recurrence rate of Cervical Hypertension effect. Methods A total of 30 cases of cervical hypertension patients for health education before and after the treatment, and telephone follow-up after treatment completion, first years 1 times a month, the second year every two months for 1 times, the follow-up content mainly through questionnaire survey. 30 cases in the control group received the same treatment but did not receive health education, after two years of follow-up on the statistical analysis of the results. Results The two groups of patients at the end of treatment within half year relapse rate has no difference （P 〉 0.05）, but there was significant difference in two years （P 〈 0.01） Conclusion Stagewise health educa- tion can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of cervical hypertension.
