咳嗽变异性哮喘患者治疗前后血清白介素-4和γ-干扰素水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘患者治疗前后血清白介素-4(IL-4)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的变化。方法选择急性发作期咳嗽变异性哮喘40例(治疗组)予以抗感染、止咳化痰、解痉平喘和布地奈德雾化吸入等治疗1周;同时选择健康体检者30例作为健康组。结果治疗组患者血清IL-4水平明显高于健康组,血清IFN-γ水平明显低于健康组(P<0.01)。治疗1周后,患者血清IL-4水平较前明显下降,血清IFN-γ水平较前明显上升(P<0.01)。结论咳嗽变异性哮喘患者存在血清IL-4水平异常升高和血清IFN-γ异常下降。血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的变化可作为咳嗽变异性哮喘患者治疗疗效随访观察的指标。Objective To discuss changes of serum Interleukin-4 （IL-4） and Interferon-γ （IFN-γ） levels of patients with cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods Forty cases of patients with CVA in the acute stage of attack were select- ed as treatment group, who were given symptomatic treatment such as antivirus,relieving cough and reducing sputum, spasmolysis and relieving asthma,Budesonide inhalation and etc for 1 week. 30 cases of healthy personnels, who were taking the physical examination in the medical examination center （MEC） during the same period, were selected as healthy group. Results The serum IL-4 level of patients in treatment group was much higher than that in healthy group, and serum IFN-γ level was much lower than that in healthy group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After 1 week＇s medical treat- ment, the serum IL-4 level of patients were declined obviously than before, and serum IFN-γ level were rose obvious- ly than before （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The patients with CVA have abnormally high serum IL-4 level and low serum IFN-γ level. The changes of serum IL-4 and IFN-γlevels can be the following-up observation index of curative ef- fect of patients with CVA.
