摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理干预在糖尿病合并脑卒中患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法:将60例糖尿病合并脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强针对性护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组神经功能缺损改善情况、血糖控制率、住院时间、护理满意度及生活活动能力评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预可改善糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的治疗效果,提高其生活质量,促进康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the method of application of targeted nursing interventions to patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral stroke and investigate the clinical effect. Methods ：60 patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral stroke were randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group （ 30 cases in each group ）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the targeted nursing interventions were enhanced in the observation group on the basis of the routine one. Then the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results ： The improvement of nerve function defects, the control rate of blood sugar, hospitalization time, satisfaction with nursing care and the scores of ADL were superior in the observation group to the control group （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclu-ion ：The targeted nursing interventions can improve the treatment effects and quality of life of patients with diabetes complicated with cere-bral stroke and can promote their recovery as well.
